We recently used Lifetime as our fixed rate mortgage deal had come to an end and we were looking to switch to a new lender. Our mortgage Advisor, Scott made the whole process an absolute breeze. Communication was fantastic and he was very flexible when arranging meetings. Everything ran smoothly and I cannot fault a thing. Thank you again!
I felt that I should look into how to seek help in securing my financial position for my remaining years. I am 72. Lifetime have shown me the way to do this. They have given me the confidence to release part of my funds for them to reinvest with a view to keeping up with the rising cost of living. Kris Booth has been very helpful and explained all the aspects of our pension plan in a language that is easy to understand. He has also shown us how it will develop in the future and advised us on certain problems we may have with not having done a power of attorney when we did our wills. Kris and the team at Lifetime have been fantastic during the process of a full financial plan. I was at a stage personally where I needed to look at multiple areas- investing, saving, life cover and pensions. It was really useful to have a full financial review and develop a plan with Kris. Lifetime have provided excellent support to me after the death of my husband. They have handled the setting up of an annuity using my husband's investment. They search for the best buy for my future needs and provided advice to me and acted as efficient and friendly intermediaries . This in turn gave me the confidence to deal with my finances after my husband's death. I particularly want to thank Sheila Lynch and Stephen Baskind. I first contacted Lifetime several years ago prior to my retirement, this was because I was unsure about the value of my private pensions. I had a meeting with their advisor Janet that enquired about my pensions and most importantly what my outgoings were along with my financial expectations for retirement. As a result of these enquiries I was told rather surprisingly that I could retire now if I wanted. Since that day I have had excellent advice and service from Lifetime. My current Lifetime Financial Advisor Kris Booth has given first class advice and is always available. I find the yearly update meetings with Kris very helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend Lifetime to those seeking financial advice.
Scott at Lifetime made the whole experience of buying my first home pain free. Nothing was too much to ask and he always explained things to me brilliantly. Highly recommend.
