First Eastern

Waited yesterday in Northgate St, Great Yarmouth to go to Hemsby for my job - clearly was by the bus stop but at least two busses did not stop and went straight by. I did hold up my hand for one and even though the driver saw me he still didn’t stop and no these weren’t ‘out of service’ busses! 😡 in the end I got so fed up that I got a taxi instead from the train station! I was stood there over 40 mins in the cold too - not a happy bunny!

As I don't drive, I have to rely on buses. First eastern are good on the busy high demand routes, but I have found them lacking in the coverage of many of the villages in the area.

4£ to go 1 minute up a road for me and My dad 😡🙄👎🏼 don't get bus numbers 1,1A,1B it's very expensive for a bus trip

The odds of being eaten by a shark are 1 in 3,748,067. The odds of a First bus arriving on time are even less! Ten minutes early, half an hour late or not at all! Brilliant! I legitimately had to buy a motorbike to get to college on time more than once a week. To be fair, there is one service which is on time at least 8/10 times but the rest are a bit hit and miss. One star for you, First Eastern!
