Used to go here very often. Very big store. It used to be open 24/7 but not sure if this is the case still due to pandemic. It has end to end many offerings starring from grocery to cosmetics to pharmacy, few electronics, clothing, stationary, dairy products, baked items like cakes, bread etc, gluten free items, Indian snacks etc.
We were doing our shopping last Tuesday around 6pm and it was very busy , they had only 1 till open with a long queue, so decided to take my trolley and check myself out -- yet again after queuing. Someone had arrived at self check out next to mine only to be told they had to go to back of queue , he was not happy and told staff in no uncertain terms what he thought ! It's ridiculous that there was only 1 manned till in operation when loads of staff were seen stood around talking or doing other tasks , if this happens again I will change my supermarket and shop elsewhere .
Went shopping yesterday spent more time waiting for the online shopping trolled to be moved than actually shopping. Do they have to leave them across the aisle? Felt like you don’t want actual shoppers in there. Even had a man with one of the trollies hit me in the back of the leg while trying to get something off a shelf. Train the staff better and not to be so rude

staff at the self checkout were so rude. I went to find a cash only till and I was next in line so I was waiting for someone to finish using one and they said I pushed in but I didn't cause someone picked a card only till and wanted a cash only one but cause they already was on a till I didn't know and the staff was full on shouting at me. so because the person chose the wrong till they was aloud to go before me that's not my fault so shouted at me for no reason cause they already had a till don't even deserve a star
Totally agree with Mr. Ogden. Only 1 till open but 3 assistants showing people how to use selfserve. Really ????? I worked in retail for 25 years. I DO NOT WISH TO SERVE MYSELF. Open more tills. The queues are getting worse on each visit.
They rejected my order through deliveroo without a note saying why, and i bought like essential things that they have in store all the times, like potatoes, carrots, eggs, bread etc. The only reason possible that my order was rejected it was because it may be busy, ofcourse is busy if the modern slavery is in top on these stores where they hire a person to do 100 tasks for the minimum wage. Hire more people if the store is busy.
me, my family have stopped buying from Asda because the store plays music all the time which puts us off, we like it quite when doing our shopping
Staff was polite when I needed help. Some people that are shopping in asda was just standing in the middle of the Isles and you had to struggle to get around them even once you've asked them if you could polity get passed
Good selection of products. Big, open 24 hours, generally clean and organized. Staff is friendly. There's free PARKING HOWEVER do mot stay past 2 hours they have cameras and will send a bill home... if you get a parking ticket try to talk to the manager and show him/her your asda bill on that day. Good selection of vegetables however they don't last very long... like 2-3 days... which probably mean they are not fresh picked. It can get very busy at weekends and evenings.
