Impressed! Initially I spoke to Sean on the phone to enquire about getting a drain unblocked and he arranged for an engineer to visit an hour later... 20 minutes later the drain was unblocked and flowing nicely! Cheaper than Dyno Rod and they offered a really efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Have had to amend this review as it seems the company has gone downhill.  Didn’t fix our drainage issue, as it blocked again 2 days later, and wanted to charge us £700 for added work that turns out wasn’t needed we had a different company come in and clean the drains without doing that work.  Engineers not good and poor customer service. They just stop responding to emails…

Avoid first impressions unless you prefer absolute trash customer service. I had booked 4 weeks in advance to have a full quote for installation of a new septic tank. I Called to check and confirm 4 days before scheduled date. But first choice drainage left me waiting with no phone call. When I called to see where they are, the receptionist said "OH it looks like the engineer has cancelled and our system went down and the computer is not working" So We will swerve this joke of a company and take our business somewhere else.

Excellent work carried out by a skilled and helpful team, who were able to work around our business needs. We will definitely use First Choice Drainage in the futureServices:&nbsp;General repairs
