I wish I could leave no stars for Dyno-Plod as I refer to them. I called them via an insurance policy I have with British Gas. I had a leaking kitchen mixer tap which is covered by my insurance policy. So Dyno-Plod turn up, stick the tap with bath sealant and say if I can get a tap myself they will come back to fit it. So I get a tap, I call back and they fit it. Except when they leave I notice the kitchen sink has been lifted away from the worksurface by about 5mm and is loose. So I have a kitchen sink that is broken and they have finally paid a small amount for this damage, but I need to find a plumber and buy a new kitchen sink. I have cancelled my insurance policy and I will never let Dyno-Rod into my home ever again.
Appalling company. Dodgy poorly trained evasive people that come on site who don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Useless outcomes that are expensive for their customers. Useless back office. Slow to respond. Avoid at all costs and use professionals.
Disorganised mess. Booked an appointment for a same day emergency drain clearance, they rescheduled it for later in the week and didn’t bother to tell me why the engineer hadn’t turned up. Just don’t bother.
