Great showroom, beautiful fireplace and fire purchased (I still get a thrill every time I look at them). The service is excellent. Mike and his team have customer care down to a fine art. I have used this company and team several times over the years and highly recommend them. They are extremely helpful , professional and reliable.

Great experience buying our wood burning stove at Fireplace World in Bothwell. Good advice from Mike and his team. Service was excellent and they kept in touch throughout. The fitting was expert and no mess. After service from Mike who came and spent time showing us how to light it and the freebies too were appreciated. We love our Swedish wood burning stove. So hot !

A breath of fresh air in service delivery, professionalism with an excellent customer service approach throughout... special thanks and praise to the fitters... above and beyond in dealing with a previous 'cowboy' installation, providing reassurance, peace of mind, in a very pleasant, cheerful yet professional manner... thanks guys!

We've used fireplace world several times over the years and each time the service received from Mike and colleagues has been exceptional. Recently had extention built and Mike has been involved from the start providing advice to architect/builders resulting in stress free delivery and installation of wood burner which was the main focal point of the build. Mike took the time to invite us in to the showroom and demonstrate how to set up the fire stage by stage and get the most efficiency from our wood burner by actually lighting up an in store fire, he's since been a tremendous support with invaluable info and technical advice. Superb customer service during and after installation. Thank you so much

I have dealt with Fireplace World twice over the years and found their customer advice and aftersales care to be outstanding. Mike and his team are a credit to good old fashioned customer care values and looked after my needs to perfection. Fantastic business to deal with and more than worthy of the five star rating I am delighted to give them.
