Happy with the Multifuel stove we had fitted. Looks good and was great value. Job was quick and they left it much cleaner than we expected. We did have a communication issue contacting them to return and skim the cement rendering with plaster but once we had sorted that out, we arranged a date and time. They turned up dead on the dot and did a good job. We're happy to recommend Firefly.

Having recently decided to install a Firefox8 we were delighted to have had the great pleasure of the services provide by Firefly Chimney Services. From quote to clean up I couldn't have asked for a better service. Great equipment, competitive price and most importantly the workmanship. David is a great bloke. Professional and knowledgeable in all that he does. I will be recommending Firefly to all my friends.

Fantastic, friendly, professional service at great value. After searching vigorously for a Clearview 750 unit and installation service, I found Firefly Chimney Services to be the most reasonably priced. I am delighted with the final product and faultless service. Strongly recommended.

David at firefly has done many jobs for us over the past few years and his standards are always outstanding, and he is a very polite young man, we have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family, wouldn't hesitate to call him again and no doubt we will, thanks.

Paid a lot of money and still had to get the plastering done myself. I have water leaks and a chimney pot that does not sit straight. Would not recommend.
