The service was awful. They were unable to provide the service they promised regularly. I went a whole month where they came up with excuses on why they couldn't provide domestic help. I had forgiven all that and asked for a final clean before i moved out of the flat. The job done was terrible. The sink was left dirty and the kitchen not cleaned to standard that my landlord asked me to pay for another clean. I tried to contact the company so that the issue could be rectified without me losing my deposit. They completely ignored me and I had to pay another company to do the job that i paid diamond home support to do .
