Avoid This Nightmare Club at All Costs!nnMy recent visit to this so-called nightclub was an absolute disaster, primarily due to the atrocious behavior of their security staff. Right from the start, we were greeted by a bald, middle-aged guard who seemed to be in a foul mood. He muttered something unintelligible and hostile, his demeanor akin to someone going through withdrawal or being whipped into submission by his superiors to continue working.nnAs the night concluded, I made the grave mistake of attempting to leave with a can of beer. This same guard, without any explanation, pounced on me like a rabid gorilla on a banana, snatching the beer from my hand and crushing it. It turned out that beverages couldn't be taken out of the club. Perhaps this individual’s parents neglected to teach him basic communication and manners necessary to explain the club's rules to patrons.nnTo the club management: Before leaving this review, I read numerous similar complaints about your security staff. I understand that obtaining a security license these days is easier than teaching a monkey to read, but do you truly not care about the quality of your personnel? One look at this guard’s face reveals he was likely indulging in illicit substances in a filthy alley just yesterday, yet you allow him to interact with paying customers.nnIt seems your strategy is to boost ratings with fake high-score reviews from newly created accounts rather than addressing the real issues faced by your patrons. Shameful and utterly unacceptable!
Visited here during the day on a drag brunch. We were 30 mins late getting let in, then once we got in the venue it was chaos. There were not enough tables for people so they had to cram more in. The WiFi details were not on the tables and there was no signal, and food had to be ordered on the app. So people were trying to find out how to order. There is supposed to be one hour for bottomless drinks, which was delayed for most people by about 30 mins. In the end so many people complained they just allowed free drinks for the whole visit.nnOn a note positive note the food was of a much better quality than I expected. The veggie burger and fries were great. There were 3 or 4 vegetarian choices.nnThe drink choices were good, cocktails, mocktails I expected, but also canned cider, beer, fizzy drinks etc were in the free allocation.nnThe music/DJ was great and the drag act was entertaining. One had a lot of clothing changes while the other stayed the same throughout ,slightly disappointing.nnThe atmosphere created was pretty good.nnI probably wouldn't do it again but I'm getting old as it felt like there were far too many people crammed in there, it started off very chaotic and do really busy... But I did have fun and a great afternoon with the teen.
Great club, staff were nice. Only issue is,nIt’s a gay club and I’m a straight person.nSo to say I was surprised was a bit of a understatement, I have nonProblem with gay people, but a gay club is not what I was looking for and there was no indication that it was a gay club.
Came here for a bottomless brunch and we loved it! So much food option and a nice place inside. Definitely would come back.
