The Invisalign doctor here gives appealing customer service. Was sent for an OPG scan a month ago and tried to get in touch multiple times for the results and no response from him!
I was very relieved to be given an appointment at very short notice. I was impressed with my dentist’s Craig knowledge of problems with my mouth and jaw and solutions I could follow.
No one likes going to the dentist, but this practice is as good as can be expected from any dentist.
Absolutely fantastic Dental Practice, would strongly recommend.
I have been a patient at this practice for 60yrs, but I have to say my last visit was horrendous, Craig was giving me a filling so gave me an injection I normally need 2 injections I told Craig 3 times that my mouth wasn't numb, his reply was sometimes it works and just continued with the filling, I then felt like Craig wanted me out of the surgery ASAP. I wrote a letter of complaint to Sarah the practice manager, I waited the 20 working days for a reply, going by their own complaints procedure nothing, so I wrote another letter and it took nearly another 10 working days to get any response from Sarah. It has taken nearly 13 weeks to get my complaint semi sorted. I was told that a letter was in the post to my daughter and she would get it with in the next 2 days, that was nearly 4 weeks ago, the letter still has not arrived. The practice has not even followed their own guide lines re their complaints procedures and I feel my daughter and myself have been let down and treated very badly. Craig was meant to phone and talk to me, he hasn't even got the decency to do that, to be changed £600 a year for 4 check ups and 2 hygienist appointments is scandalous. My final word is DO NOT COMPLAIN as they don't care about you and just want your money .
What a fantastic environment. This was my first appointment since the pandemic started and I was really nervous. The lovely staff made sure i was very comfortable and knew what was happening. The service, the team and environment were excellent.
Friendly service from reception to in the chair. I have hated my teeth from a teenager. Since having a brace and composite bonding im now more confident to smile. I recently lost a filling before a holiday too. I rang the practice to see how they could help and i was in the dentists chair within a couple of hours.
The staff are always very polite and friendly and my dentist is great, very professional, makes me feel at ease and choices are always given to me. No fuss and all round a great experience. By far the best dentist i have been to. Thank you!
A visit to the dentist can sometimes cause a little anxiety not knowing what to expect. At Fir Tree Dental Care these anxieties are quickly put to rest as they explain all procedures and options in detail before any treatments begin. In a relaxed environment these professionals carry out their work in a painless empathetic manner making the patient feel a lot better than they did when first arriving.
The dentist I saw was so reassuring as I am a nervous patient. Made sure I was always comfortable and understood what was happening. The nurse was lovely too. Really couldn’t have been any nicer .
