Cancelling appointments then ask you to wait another 4 months for another one... would not recommend. I think they are putting this in to practice on certain patients according to previous reviews with certain characteristic so they will leave the practice and go elsewhere. Your approach can lead to medical negligence.
The practice is spacious, modern & clean. You get a warm welcome from the lovely receptionists, you feel at ease straight away. The dentist and nurse were very friendly, calming and explained everything to me, answered any questions I had. I've always been a bit nervous about having dental treatment but I didn't feel nervous at all. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.
I have been a patient here for 4 years now, I'm not the biggest fan of Dentists, however there is a Lady in my practice who puts me at ease she is called Adriana, she is Amazing I wish I could see her every time and not students as 9 times out of 10 she has to come into the room and either check or rectify, Adriana is so calming and in my opinion is a no nonsense Lady which I like I would recommend this surgery
Dept comfortable and welcome when I entered the practice, I am normally very nervous and have issues with treatment most of my life but I wouldn't go for my treatment anywhere else other than Bupa. All of the staff made me feel much better and once into the surgical rooms the dentist's are next to none and made me feel at ease and had none of the issues that I normally do.
Their website says.. "Currently accepting new private patients and dentist referrals" When you eventually get through they said there is a long waiting list for NHS , so I said OK to private and was then informed no appointments until 3 months time. Now that's fair enough but having done research and reading their headline on website the result is they are corporate time wasters. Just be honest and keep your website up to date. The girl that answered did say she told management previously but they do nothing. Also unfair on girl who answers phone because they will take flak for management incompetence.
The practice is smart, modern efficient & very clean. You get a polite welcome from the receptionists, All of the dentists I've had are great! and special thanks today to Jenny, the hygienist & Gill the nurse, both very professional and also fun :
A pleasant environment while waiting for dental appointment. Large airy waiting/reception area. Pleasant reception staff deal with appointments in efficient manner. Calm and relaxed feeling continues into treatment rooms. gives the impression you are being well looked after
My wife recently had a problem and they were quick to offer appointment and gave prompt treatment, service as good as always experienced. Great team, thank you.
Last Wednesday I had to get 2 teeth removed. I was worried that one of them would be a problem as it was quite fragile. When I got there, my worries increased when the dentist I was due to see was not there. Hemi was assigned to look after me and when she asked me how I was, I told her that I was nervous.. I need not have worried tho because after a very short time, I was comfortable in the knowledge I was in good hands and I would like to commend Hemi and her wonderful assistant for their professionalism and competence. My earlier fears were correct and one of the teeth was troublesome. Marianna was on hand and my thanks go to her for helping in her usual very professional way. Two days later I was experiencing a bit of pain and Marianna came into the practice from her day off to give me a prescription. Thank you BUPA Dental care, Carlisle. I have no hesitation in recommending you.. Alan Morshead
The staff here are very friendly and and the practice is very clean. At the end of my last appointment I was told to ring about 3 months before i was due my next check-up as they are always booking about 3 months in advance. Dentist is very gentle too, which always helps.
