I just loveee their work. My central AC wasn’t working properly, the performance was decreasing and eventually it stopped working. It is very difficult to find trustable hvac contractors in East Bay California. My friend recommended Finest Heating & Air. In 2 hours they fixed the issue. You can count on them!
I have been using Finest Heating and Cooling company for several years at home and at work. They are always professional, courteous and on time. I especially appreciate the late night work we're talking midnight that Jonathan did to repair my mother-in-law's unit in the middle of the summer. And I appreciate Jonathan explaining technical concepts in a way that we can understand them easily. My new roof mounted heat pump is quiet and works very well, I am looking forward to a cooler house this summer. I can enthusiastically recommend Finest Heating & Air for everything.......
I called Jonathan after our AC died on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a late summer heat wave. He came over the same day and made several suggestions for replacement units, but recommended a unit that wasn't too expensive and would be appropriate for our AC and the size of our home. He was very frank, honest and to the point which was great. He came with his crew the very next day and installed the new unit, and I'm now sitting in my cool! home just 24hrs later. Thank you so much Finest Heating & Air!!!
Response time was incredibly fast! The problem with the air conditioner was fully explained to me and was corrected. It was suggested that I buy a maintenance plan, which I did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Finest Heating & Air for their quality service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Their customer service rep answering the phone who was so helpful when I called. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else in the future.
Got to replace urgently our Water Heater in our villa. Support team on the phone was very efficient! The technical team came as expected, did a great job, clean after their work and will come for the last finishing not expected from our side but good to see that people are still very professional !. Our service technician, Jonathan, gave us a call about an hour before his arrival. Within ninety minutes cold, refreshing air was again blowing through our house! Jonathan was a pleasure to talk with, being a very personable person. I highly recommend the quality services of Jonathan and Finest company, and will not hesitate to contact them again if the need arrises.
