Absolutely great for fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. Definitely recommended taking a look/trying something new. The staff could be a little bit more helpful and I find the leave-your-bag system a bit odd but overall great produce with great prices.
It's a bit pricey but they do have a lot of middle-eastern staples which you wouldn't find anywhere else making it worth a visit every now and then. Big selection of spices, though some of them haven't been checked. One of my spices had 130g of carbs per 100g written on the nutritional information which I doubt to be true.
I went to this store then a manager is so rude and ignorant and he was just walking away while I’m talking to him I got mask of them and then the mask was expired and when I went back to them they was like we won’t give you money back first
Big range of products not seen in most supermarkets. Can't get pasta? Monster bags of rice etc. Big variety of happy people while I was waiting for hospital patient.
Security there wil be a rude guy...I was there at 8:15 pm once. He told me in 5 mins they gonna close the shop. He doesn't wants us to go there. it happened to me 3 times, all the time i went around 8. They concerned about closing the shop early not serving regular customers
One of the oldest supermarkets in Manchester. This building used to be a cinema theater facility. Now it’s one of the most famous Pakistani supermarket. One stop shop for all fruits spices and vegetables shopping. They put up occasional offers on various products which are well worth buying. Famous for fresh seasonal produce which isn’t available in other English supermarkets.
Drivers you could be hit with £100 fine when driving in the Manchester superstore Car park! Drivers, you could be slapped with hefty fines for not knowing parking start/end times!? Merely for 1 minute and 35 seconds delay on top of 1 hour you'll get fined £100! Just enduring the traffic and negotiating my way out leaving the car park to the road outside! The camera showed entry at exactly 13.23.00 pm and leaving at 14.24.35 pm?! You'll be also hassled and blocked when leaving by big lorries for unloading goods, parking faulty machines, or an inexperienced cashier at the till to enter your car registration number, all this and a lot more hassle if you're parking at Manchester superstore carpark operated and managed by SIP carparks. I want to warn anyone who considers shopping and parking at the Manchester superstore to stay away for their own good. For sure and somehow you will get, at this crucial time in high living costs, an extra charge of £100 on top of your shopping bill! To have such a slap £100 PCN fine or parking charge during this difficult time and especially when I am struggling to pay for essential commodities is really sickening and very hard to take, as being on state benefit and caring for a disabled & blind wife. I had to borrow from here and there to pay the fine. The owners have got the audacity to mention in their replies to complaints, that if you're being fined then send an email to their despicable store manager wajid! I strongly resent the way the owners replies portraiting the store manager so-called wajid as an understanding and helpful guy!? Far from it, inconveniently I went in person to see this contemptible guy, hoping to get some advice and perhaps he could help me to find a way to cancels the fine, but he was aggressive, unhelpful, do not want to know, and also adamantly dismissive to help me. I told him" I've unfortunately parked here I normally park on the adjacent road!, solely to come shopping here, and the timing is on the receipt almost exactly matching my car coming in&out ticket timing! Furthermore, I come to this particular store exclusively. I asked him, three times or more, if he's sure unwilling to help! His reply was yes and told me to go away. Obviously I already tried to call this villainous SIP carparks, their automated answering machine proved to be a delusional vocal repeated message, unable to help and hang up on me within 2 minutes. This is a very deplorable services from SIP UNABLE to exercise some sort of control allowing a bit of time in favour of the shopper leaving! Also when ringing them and along with their intimidating letter is a scoundrelly matter. On the other hand, if someone wants to appeal to SIP, how do we know they're fair and honest when in fact they didn't allow 1.35 minute gone through? Moreover, it means an arduous task with great efforts, predictability in winning the appeal is null, then surely the outcome will be futile and uncertain, which means more charges ie more money in their pockets. During my visit, I noticed anomalies in the paying machines, people were standing looking bemused, it looked the machines out of order or what? and they can't key in car registration number or for that matter to obtain a ticket! Yet, the camera still operate to produce further tickets to the visiting shoppers. In conclusion, supermarkets these days are enticing people to come shopping at their stores in many ways but Manchester superstore has another idea by putting a guard dog called SIP in their car park to make the shoppers life's a missery. Shoppers will not jeopardise coming back to this store again and in essence will take their custom to another place, henceforth saving their dignity, their money and their life integrity. But all this will not last long, one day all colluded parties will suffer tremendously, for how cruel they are, and no wonder God Almighty will be damning them, after all, "ALLAH grants reprieve but does not neglect" This store and their associate do not deserve to rate them even one star!
