Choosing Finance One as our mortgage broker was one of the best decisions we made. Brian and the Finance One team were such a great help on our mortgage journey. They were very easy to reach and always quick to respond. The online portal is very user friendly ad great for the communicating with the advisors through the chat box. We would highly recommend Finance One to anyone going through the mortgage process.
Finance One provided an exceptional service to my wife and I when first purchasing a house 2 years ago and again more recently when moving to a new mortgage provider. Brian and the team were easy to contact and quick to respond. The online service for messaging and uploading required documentation ensured we could track our application progress every step in the way. I wouldn't hesitate to avail of their services again in the future!
Cian and his team at Finance One secured myself and my wife a mortgage. We were not a straightforward case. Having previously worked abroad and not being directly employed meant getting a mortgage directly with a Bank was difficult. Finance One really made the process very simple. They have a customer portal for uploading documents and communicating. They seem to have a direct line to the mortgage section of all the banks, as such there is little time lost getting answers and decisions when you need. Any messages sent via the portal to Finance One were always answered within minutes during business hours. There was always someone at the end of the telephone to answer questions also. I would genuinely recommend Finance One to any family member or friend that was starting out on the road to getting a mortgage. They make it easy and are a super bunch to work with. Paul.
Had an excellent experience with Brian & the team at Finance One. Communication was 100%, the platform was easy to use and upload documents & helped us close our house in a very quick timeframe. If we had done this process ourselves it probably would have taken a lot longer so I'd really recommend anyone to use Finance One when they're applying for a mortgage.
We have used Finance One on three occasions now - original purchase, re-mortgage and then a new purchase. On each occasion Cian and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with. Their online platform, Credit Logic, makes the hefty documentation process as easy as it can possibly be and also means someone from Finance One can be reached with queries at all times. We felt listened to in terms of our priorities when selecting a mortgage option and also felt we got sound advice throughout the process on the mortgage, mortgage protection etc.
Just finished my mortgage, absolutely delighted. Dealt with Brian in finance one, great guy and very knowledgeable about all things mortgages. A great appetite. Would really recommend, made the process very easy. Will definitely use finance one again.
My wife and I recently engaged Finance One for the purpose of switcher application. The whole team were brilliant and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a broker. In particular Brain was fountain of knowledge in relation to the different products available to us and was able to talk us through the different options we had. Thanks to Brian and the team’s quick turnaround time we managed to drawdown in advance of a pending rate increase. A top drawer operator.
Finance One were our brokers for our house purchase, and because we liked working with them so much, we reached out to them a few months ago for help with remortgaging our property. I'm happy to share that nothing has changed in the nearly 3 years since we first contacted them! Brian Cantwell and the rest of the team have always communicated promptly and clearly, followed-up within the timelines agreed, prepared paperwork meticulously, explained our options and answered our questions patiently, and made us feel relaxed and in control of the process. My wife and I are very thankful for their service and support. We've got a good deal both times because of their efforts. Even our solicitor commented on how impressed she is with their service! Would highly recommend this company. I was so happy I went with them. My process started over a year ago with Greg, he was always very helpful, professional and responded to any queries I had very promptly. I had a few problems throughout the process but it all went so smooth thanks to Greg and Will. Who took control and always had solutions ready to help me. Huge thank you to all at Finance One, you went above and beyond and would definitely use the company again.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Finance one for the purchase of my first home, and i cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish they provided exceptional service and guidance that made the entire process smooth. Throughout the mortgage application process Brian, Will and Zoe were also proactive and responsive. They kept me informed and helped me gather all the necessary documentation. And with the hike in interest rate deadline the last 2 weeks were stress-full but they made sure documents are fine and we made it through deadline and going with old interest rate. In the end, thanks to the finance one team's hard work and dedication i was able to secure a fantastic mortgage. Would recommend them highly and will be reaching out to them in future as well.
