Never usually any issues but food can be overpriced. Once had a lady become rather rude at the desk but I'll put that down to a bad day. Deli at the back has fair pricing and good food.

I only shop here for certain things. Been quite dissapointed with quality in the past. Unfriendly staff on the deli counter... slow service. Good points are the till staff. They are lovely.

Staff always miserable. I have witnessed staff being torn appart on the shop floor by management. Staff talking between tills instead of talking to the person that is spending money. Fresh food dates and rotation is almost non existent. Buying milk is like playing the lottery. Oh... and tins on the shelf years out of date because again rotation is either non existent or not taught.

I always use the Llantwit Major branch, a good around supermarket, but what amazes me me is the huge selection of meat and poultry at great prices. Always a pleasure to shop here.
