Ordered tomato plants from here on Thursday,  I rang up this morning  Saturday to find out when they would be delivered.  I was told they would be delivered today.nothing came by 4pm so I rang again and was told they had been dropped off.. I was told the boss would ring me back.which didn't happen. now they are closed.. not impressed by this shop at all... never again not very good.......... now received a reply... still not impressed as they dont get my complaint... IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG HOUSE... NOT MY FAULT... CUSTOMER CARE WAS NON EXISTENT...STUPID WOMAN STUCK UP FOR THE SHOP, IM NOT THAT SILLY TO BE TAKEN IN.. SHE IS A PARTNER TO THE SHOP... NOW LET IT DIE...

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a lot of choice on different animal or reptile products. Plus  what they don't have in store they will try and get what is needed ordered in. Ten stars they are great.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable too. I’d always choose shopping here rather than a big supermarket.. We need to look after our small, local businesses if are to keep the strong community bond with which  Llantwit Major is blessed.

Hi all, well at last I've found a biscuit that buddy likes, its the small mixer biscuit that I bought yesterday so I'll see you in a day or two for more please dont sell out before I call in Best wishes from Buddy and Buddy's mum Wendy x
