Fielding Financial is exactly what it advertises. A place to properly learn how to invest in UK property and connect to a fantastic, supportive network. However, you must put in the work. They will teach, help and advise, but you must do the work. How quickly you become an effective property investor is entirely up to you. My journey with Fielding so far: 1- I attended the 2-hour seminar in Oct 2023 2- I attended the 3-day property investing course in Nov 2023 where I signed up for their Elite Package 3- I completed all beginner-relevant materials by the end of December 2023. 4- Now, at the end of January 2024, I have my area, my strategy, my research, the Fielding Financial family, and my mentors as a foundation when I go out to property viewings. If you truly want to invest in UK property, make the decision.
I do not recommend this company. I attended a free property investing event and stupidly fell for the full course at half price hard sale. It says you get a full money back guarantee…but when i tried to pull out of it and get my money back they told me I had to attend the first day and let them know at the end if I wanted to cancel and get my money back. In short this company has no morals or core values and is out to get your money. Even though everyone who works there is retired as they’ve attended the property course and no don’t work. That’s right the money comes to them and they don’t lift a finger.
Honest opinion: Avoid and don't waste money, do your due-diligence Attended 2 hour seminar in a hotel, there are no substance in the materials only trying to attract you to attend their 3 days events which is £500 quid. They will offer you a discounted rate on the day to attract you. The 2 hour is split 1 hour explaining, what is financial freedom, how you are educated in society and this is not for you 'school > job > pension >retirement, the next hour explaining your 24 hours in a day working in a 9-5 job which you achieve nothing if you don't take the course. If you are a working professional, don't waste your time. Most of the people attended were just graduated from uni, below 25, or want to get rich quick. They show you a video of the CEO, Gill back in 2007 and all the information are outdated back to 2019. Please do your due diligence before handing your money to this company. You probably learn more from just watching youtube videos so would not recommend.
I attended the Fielding Financial 3-day course in February 2019, and it's been an incredible journey since that decision. Initially, I was curious and wanted to explore property investing. However, it didn't take long for me to realise that my knowledge in this area was severely lacking. The 3-day course was a game-changer. It made me believe in my ability to succeed in property investing. I then progressed onto the advance training and the diploma in professional property investing took my journey to a new level, reshaping my mindset and approach positively. I particularly appreciated that the advanced program was designed to fit around my working life. Throughout the 2-year diploma, I received excellent support from Fielding Financial through various channels. Having a mentor was invaluable, as they helped me refine my investing strategy and even led to the successful purchase of a property that's now a thriving HMO with professional tenants. Thanks to Fielding Financial, I now possess the knowledge and skills to confidently pursue property investment through a wide range of strategies. It's been a transformative journey, and I can confidently say that I am a professional property investor today. After my 2 year diploma ended I stayed on as a post-graduate which has been exceptionally beneficial, especially in the current market with high interest rates and stringent regulations. The constant support and resources provided are invaluable as I continue to navigate the world of property investment. My overall experience with Fielding Financial has been nothing short of outstanding. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it a solid 10/10. If you're serious about becoming a professional property investor and transforming your life, I wholeheartedly recommend Fielding Financial. Beyond the knowledge and skills gained, I've also made lasting friendships through Fielding Financial. I even had the opportunity to participate in their ski trip, which was a memorable experience.
It’s true they encourage you to Max out your credit cards to pay £20k for the elite course. I found my tutor very misleading and more of a cheerleader than a mentor. The course is not structured well and is about cramming as many people of all different intellect and at different stages in their property journey in a room and info dumping which ends up confusing the beginners. Staff were defensive when formally challenged about the teaching and learning techniques. Do not waste your money! It’s an expensive lesson to learn from. Heidi
My wife and I embarked on our property investment journey through Fielding Financial back in 2012 which led both of us to be able to leave our full-time banking and engineering professions and totally focus on property and other business opportunities. Provided that you embrace the knowledge, the tools, the guidance, the support and the networking opportunities that Fielding Financial offer and you persevere continuously, then it will be a life changing experience. We are truly thankful to Gill Fielding for giving us this opportunity. We have that ‘time freedom’ through passive income from property and other business ventures for us to continue to follow our passion. One of the best investments we’ve made which was ‘investing in knowledge, support,guidance and in people’. Great team, great family with a great mission!
A fantastic experience. Really supportive, great people, so positive and you will learn life changing skills. 16 deals later, I'm so glad I found Gill Fielding. If obtaining skills and knowledge to build your own portfolio isn't enough, access to great investment opportunities through the pathway investment club is a real bonus. I'm also learning sophisticated stocks and share investment strategies which is really interesting and very rewarding so I'd definitely recommend Fielding Financial to anyone interested in financial education.

In July 2014, I was 47 years old and slaving away self-employed with a pittance of a pension. I saw an advert for Gill Fielding's course and decided to go to the 3-day workshop. My life literally took a U-turn and within 18 months, I am now in a position to retire as the rental income I receive now from property is more than I was earning, most of which I acquired without putting my own money in. My friends scoffed at this saying it wasn't possible but they are still moaning about their day jobs. To be honest, I am not mad about property and I struggle to put up shelves, but property as an investment has allowed me to spend any and every day how I wish. I cannot recommend Fielding Financial enough - all the trainers and helpers are knowledgable, professional and they made learning great fun, especially Gill.
This course has provided the information and outstanding personal mentoring that I needed to avoid making the catastrophic mistakes I certainly would have made by going it alone. I know I have saved more, in terms of money and time wasted, by investing in this course - and being a member of the community is priceless. The short introductory courses were packed with content and a great introduction to the ‘deep dive’ advanced courses. The consistent focus on practical application has helped me to take action and actually achieve my goals. Thank you for continuing to guide me ‘Fielding Family’.
