I happen to notice that it only seems that it is the staff who give this dump 5 stars? maybe this has something to do with the fact that they are getting paid! Absolutely criminal!!!! This place should be closed and the staff and management staff should be held on criminal charges. Leaving patients in the middle of winter undressed notwithstanding, is already disgusting enough, it seems to be a culture of no care. All these so called "carer's" care about is getting home with their pay with no consideration to the people in their care. These aren't professionals, they are clowns! I wouldn't stick my worst enemy here. My recommendation. .. try somewhere else because this place doesn't do anything apart from mis-diagnose and take cheques for nothing!!!! I would strongly recommend to anyone reading that this place should be independently investigated.

My Dad lost his life due to this dump and having no heat in his room for over 24 hours! He never got to meet the so called lovely manager because he only lasted 48 hours in their care due to catching Pneumonia due to been left in a unheated room in minus temperatures. I do not advise anyone to put their loved one in this place and also i shall be taking matters further!!! The staff prefer to laugh and joke in the Office than see to the residents needs, My father said the senile ones in there, they can get away with, with them not knowing what is going on and said the care in the Hospital was a lot better too. I am now left with the regret and heartache of letting him go in after he had waited in Hospital due to it been closed down because of a superbug!

My nana has been here for years and has been treat amazingly. The bad reviews are rubbish. The manager is kind, compassionate and helpful. The staff are hard working and caring and I can not fault the home whatsoever. 5 stars.

I have read a few of these reviews and I have to agree as I had a relative in here and she was not getting the care that she should have been, the staff are clueless and seems to me not experienced enough to work here.

One thinks this place is a home without any care. If the staff think it is down to the relatives of loved ones to make sure the residents have heat then it is ridiculous, I mean what if the poor old man who was without heat for over 24 hours did not have any relatives? how long if he had not of passed would the heater been left unattended, it is a good job the relative noticed on the following day but obviously was too late for him because he was too frail to withstand Pneumonia. Perhaps if these so called carers are on 12 hour shifts they should attend the rooms more often and make sure things are working! plus I think the relatives and residents would know more about what is going on than a guy who bobs in for ten minutes to fix a heater. Disgraceful and sickening neglect.
