What a ‘little gem’ of a site! A bit off the beaten track but so quiet & peaceful with everything you could ask for inc a super shower & a splendid pub just down the rd selling top notch food & drink around a splendid log fire @ very reasonable prices. The owners here are super friendly & helpful, camping fees are the cheapest around & there’s even fresh farm produce for sale on-site. We sat around our little bbq last night & awoke this morning to the gentle bleating of lambs… Top marks all round
Absolutely gem of a cl site in the caravan and motorhome club. Owners very friendly and very helpful. Well looked after site with grass and hardstand should you need it. Toilet with shower and a toilet on its own for you to use. Nice and clean and very modern. First time I've come a cross a chemical emptying point that's made out of marble.
Totally fab. Spotless spacious facilities. Lovely location. Great owners. Easily commutable to York and it's attractions. Thank you

Best CL we've stopped on. So peaceful and quiet, ideal for our dog who loved it. Spotlessly clean shower and toilets and it was a nice touch that hand towels and some toiletries were provided. Enjoyed watching the animals and being able to feed the hens and Wendy's home made jam was so delicious we bought some to take home. Will stay there again as it was so easy to get to and so easy to get to park and ride into York. Fantastic pub 5 minutes down the road and lovely walk on Skipwith Common 10 minutes down the road.
Lovely, clean quiet & peaceful site. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They will always do what they can to help. Fresh eggs, jams & chutneys made by Wendy. A little gem of a site one of my favourites.
Fab cl, Wendy and Stuart are lovely and make you very welcome. The plum jam they make Is gorgeous and the eggs from their chucks are fresh and tasty. Great cycling from the site to York and Selby, and lovely walks around skip with common. Its the beast cl ever.

Visited this site 5 times now and it's so peaceful. Excellent shower and toilets. One of the best sites we've been on. Plenty of walks and dog friendly. The owners Wendy and Stu are lovely and so helpful
