Booking was easy, we could even choose our pitch online! Check in was simple and later, someone came to check we’d found our pitch and that we were ok.nnWe loved having a key card to get straight onto the beach, our pitch was so close to the dunes, we loved it!nnThe toilet and shower blocks are clean and secure. The kids loved the play area.nnThere’s a bowling alley and amusements on site, in the check in building too.
Checked in for 1 night on Saturday, very helpful and friendly staff, we stayed in pod 10 which was great, clean and modern with good amenities in the pod. Lovely decking and seating area outside there is no gate so not completely secure for dogs- we just used a long line for our lab which worked great for us. A couple of minutes walk from the beach. You go through a little gate, over the sand dunes and down onto the beach. We didn't go into the bar/bowling as we have a crazy young lab but when checking in it seemed busy, again friendly helpful staff and a nice atmosphere. Would come back again but would try the hot tub pods next time as we wernt aware some had hot tubs. Lovely stay thank you.
I recently stayed at the glamping pods and had a great experience overall. The pods were very clean, well-maintained, and located just a short distance from the beach, which was a big plus. The amenities provided were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and inviting, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The site also felt very safe and secure, which added to our peace of mind during the stay.nnHowever, I did notice that the pods and the surrounding area are not very accessible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The access to the beach, in particular, could be challenging for some, and the directions to get to the pods were a little confusing at first. Despite these points, it was a lovely stay, and I would recommend it to others who don't have mobility concerns.
Stayed in one of the glamping pods, on arrival was greeted by friendly member of staff. Pod was extremely clean. Very spacious and warm. Close to the beach which is what we wanted. As a on site bar with a bowling alley. I would recommend staying here.
We really loved our short stay here. Amazing location with a private gated access to the beach. Which is lovely and clean. And quiet. Staff were awesome. Very friendly. Clean site. Well maintained. Plenty on site activities with refreshments. Would definitely visit again
