The experience was disappointing. After being on the phone for over an hour, I spoke with a receptionist who informed me that there were only two staff members working in the call centre. Considering the workload across all the healthcarelast sites, and the staff covering last-minute shifts, this places an unreasonable amount of pressure on just two individuals, especially given they are on minimum wage. If the organisation does not prioritise the well-being of its staff, it raises concerns about the level of care provided to patients.
I don’t understand how this facility is not 5* 100%. I have just come from there and I found the staff very helpful and polite. I was seen promptly and my experience was very good considering why I was there. 5* for everything. Well done everybody.
Moved from another surgery twice! and given my experiences with the two different surgeries, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Put an online request in at 8 am and got an appointment by 11 am. Rang for my wife and got an appointment the day after. Fair play.
I have been with health car first for theblast ten years no problems, only issues i have had in appointment available but that is across the board at any doctors
Rang to get an appointment for my twelve year old.nWaited in the queue for a hour.nThen had a three day back and forth with the clinical assessment team before they agreed that we needed an appointment.nRequests re an appropriate appointment time are ignored, hence the one we got had to be cancelled.couldn’t speak to anyone because when the appointment time came through the practice was closed all afternoon for trainingnThere is no option to rearrange appointments when cancelling.nSo this morning have I again wait an hour on the phone to speak to a representative who again refers me to the clinical assessment teamn- here we go again !!!!!!!nTruly pathetic !!!!!!
