Well what can I Say about this place except wow!! We rang ahead to ask if we could park up for the night as we were in a small camper, and they were more than accommodating. We received a really warm welcome from Both the staff and the locals, and the meal we had was outstanding fish chowder and boneless plaice special. It was Christmas Eve and the atmosphere was really nice. On Christmas Day at 11am they opened again and offered the locals a free drink and that invitation was extended to us. All in all a really nice enjoyable stay that I highly recommend. Thank you for helping to make our get away Christmas so special x

I travel a lot for business and it's not often you find a gem like this. Lovely clean spacious and well appointed rooms with amazing views over the water. They also do great food and the staff were brilliant. If I ever come this way again, this is where I'll be staying!Rooms: 5/5
Parked for one night there Brit Stops and had a meal in the restaurant. Very friendly staff and very good meals and drinks. Very dog friendly. We enjoyed it, thank you very much.Rooms: 5/5
Absolutely amazing place, staff are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful views, great food in the restaurant, the owner was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Old, dirty room that need some update. We had a paper cork in the bath that just simply closes the hole in the door. Wow Eatable food but without high expectations.
We loved our stay at the Ferry House Inn. We arrived after 10pm and they were very kind and accommodating when we had to call the after hours number. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathroom and room was very clean. I was truly impressed with the cleanliness especially compared to other hotels that I have stayed at recently. The included breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff was so accommodating with any requests. Our room had a beautiful view of the water out of our window. It was fun to walk around the beach area as well. This was a great place to stay and if I'm ever in the area again will be at the top of my list for lodging.
Perfect location to get away from it all - beautiful and quiet. Our room was large, cool, clean and comfortable. The view was stunning - night and day there was something to see. Well stocked tea/coffee making facility. The bar/lounge/restaurant area was attractive with fabulous views over the river. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. The lunch and evening menus offer something to suit everyone. The access roads to the inn are quite narrow, but there's more traffic on the river than on the roads!
