I have been in the trucking industry since 1979, and never have I come across a more dis-functional, non customer focused, poorly communicating Traffic Office. I have, over the past few weeks, gone to great lengths to help Fergusons, but frankly I won`t be doing so again. Their total disregard for customers & suppliers alike is shambolic. I work on a reciprocating principle, something which has stood me in good stead throughout my career, but not with these people.

Worst drivers on the road ,one of their idiots was beeping and flashing me on the way between Oban and fort William because I wouldn’t go over 40 miles an hour but you know what next time one these guys does that to me it’ll be recorded and by dash cam and sent straight to the commissioner and see what they think about your drivers manner and the way they overtake on a single track road approaching a bend !

Well organised place. Huge yard. Safety first
