Showroom is a bit sparce, but staff are friendly and helpful. Good range of accessories for your hot tub.

I have used this family run business for everything to do with my hot tub and they could not be more helpful.

Appalling. Had a 9-9.30am appointment with this company. I phoned them at 10am to ask where they were. Was told by the owner that they weren't going to come as another job they had in my area wasn't going ahead and so it wasn't worthwhile for them (only a half hour drive). Completely oblivious to how bad their customer service is. No regard for their customer's time or contacting them. Only a very defensive apology, and when confronted about this, threatened not to attend at all and then hung up. Only interested in making money, not clients.
