Story

Welcome to Fen Farm Dairy!

We are the Crickmore family. We have been farming the land at Fen Farm for three generations and we love what we do to the point where some call us crazy, but we believe we have rediscovered something that many have forgotten. That the very best food in the world is the simplest, straight from nature to your plate. Our herd of happy Montbeliarde and Friesian cows graze the beautiful marshlands of the Waveney River Valley in Suffolk and we are carefully making their delicious raw milk into the finest cheese. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We’d love to hear from you, or better still see you, so please pop in if you are passing by. Take time to stroll around Bungay in the stunning Waveney Valley and while you’re here, you can also try some of our delicious unpasteurised milk.

Fen Farm Dairy is such a hidden gem! It's about 40 minutes drive from me, however, it's worth it for sure. Their raw milk is delicious, the milk shed has a variety of in house products my favourite being the truffled baron cheese + their raw butter. It's so good. Would 1 million percent recommend visiting and supporting this amazing independent business.

Big signs on road side saying CHEESE drew us in, when we parked up was a shed with dispensing machine in to buy your own raw milk, yoghurt, cheese and raw milk coffee's. Was quite popular.

Newly opened shed for the Baron Bigod cheese, raw milk dispenser and other locally made products.  Also a new self-service till so a debit or credit card is required.

Brilliant little self-service farm shop with a modern twist. Kiosk which is all self service where fresh milk, coffee and other farm goods can be purchased. Card only, with a easy to use interface to make purchases.

Always stop for some raw milk when going past. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area, so much better than pasteurised.

I ordered a selection of cheeses & yoghurts with crackers & Medlar Jelly. They are absolutely delicious! If you like good food I highly recommend you try some of goodies from  Fen Farm Dairy, you won’t be disappointed. I received my order the morning after the dispatch date.

Just bought some truffle baron bigod for hubby he loves it. This little shop is amazing. Worth a visit if you are near bungay.

I love fresh milk here! You can meet cows too! It is operated by credit card, always have one handy! Machines can be temperamental, so have patience ; great milk taste! I don't usually consume cows milk, except raw farm milk. They also have yogurt, cheese and bread. The bread you need to fight for as it goes fast!
