Chronically understaffed with one poor server having to deal with numerous customers. All the while 3 “managers” in the back of the shop doing nothing.
Don't bother. Disgracefully understaffed. Almost impossible just to pop in to purchase something from Boots. Only tills are at pharmacy, constant lengthy cues. Even worse since they closed Boots pharmacy at Bungay Drs.
Extremely disappointed, Been waiting for my prescription since the 28th of February!!!
Chronically understaffed with very long waits
