Had a number of meals at the crazy horse saloon with 5 members of the family. Enjoyed them all. Staff quick and efficient. Beverage manager was friendly ad helpful. Definitely worth a visit. Booked with Cabin Escapes Dorado and Toucana they were both excellent, all the family enjoyed the holiday.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Food was not excellent, but decent. Fish and chips were particularly good. Worth a stop. Kid-friendliness: Kid-menu items. Staff were helpful with children Parking: Plenty of on-site parking

Felmoor park caravan/log cabins is such a nice quiet place to chill with family and friends there are some lovely places to go near aswell and sometimes there are geese that come around in the morning when it’s sunny and a warm day today too would definitely recommend felmoor park to stay for family and friends to have time away
This would be rated so much higher if it wasn't for the greedy, seeming trick/scam they have lowered themselves to with not giving anyone who rents a lodge their deposit back, See for yourself on tripadvisor, as I noticed they've recently stopped reviewed on facebook I wonder why! Tyne log cabin was beautiful, immaculate and we really enjoyed the stay, its just a shame that after constant emails and phone calls and emails nearly a month and half later, My sister did not get her deposit back! When she looked online, It transpired this is not an isolated incident and they are now doing/have done this with everyone/most people it seems. Its a greedy and malicious and probably accountable thing to for a already well off company. Such a shame for a actually decent park. We will be taking things further should we not get our promised deposit back. Beware.
Just returned from a weekend break in Hazel oaks , the lodge and location was lovely , on arrival the lodge it was so hot and we couldn’t fathom out the heating as it was too hot we did in the end rang site manager twice and left voicemails , still waiting for a reply , no communication whatsoever , if it wasn’t for the hot tub lady Mel we would have been lost , she helped us no end , what a lovely girl she was and a breath of fresh air an absolute star , we had a few minor issues , the kitchen draw fell apart repeatedly,, stains on the living room carpet , cobwebs on light fittings, crisps and smarties under chair cushions , confetti behind the sofa, dirty radiators in bathrooms, greasy oven and extractor , dirty kitchen blind onion skins in fridge this was obviously down to your cleaners we spent the first night cleaning ,the bedding and towels were so clean and beds so comfortable , just a pity about the issues we had and couldn’t contact Andrew to report the kitchen draw I’ve noticed in other reviews it’s been broken a while it’s just a pity there was a lack of communication when we had a problem , we took our 87 year old mother who’s-in I’ll health ,for a relaxing break , shame the first night was stressful for us I’ve emailed and text the owner about this but both have been ignored would of liked to return but as ive had no feedback I will be looking at other lodges ,shame about the cleaning issues because it spoiled an otherwise lovely break , now awaiting my £100 deposit
Nice park, food was good, accommodation was lovely BUT a month later and counting still waiting £100 deposit back, no response to emails and phone calls disgraceful!!
Sadly one meal was served with burnt chips and was inedible. My husband was offered free coffee or dessert though . Staff were very helpful and friendly and approachable. We were the first diners that day and the restaurant was very quiet. Nice surroundings though.
Fantastic place, friendly staff and so relaxing. Crazy horse saloon has great food and reasonable prices
