Had a nice couple of nights in the secret garden cabin. Very nice great hot tub. Parking a bit of a pain if you have 2 cars. But all in all a good stay. Crazy house pub was a good night out too food good and staff very friendly thanks.Rooms: 5/5
Room rating based on the static caravan we hired. It was lovely and spacious, with a hot tub. The site is nice and quiet, with good access to the area via the A1 If you can get out of the junction. Crazy horse saloon is well laid out, with a good games room downstairs. Hugely understaffed when we were there though, with big queues for both food and drinks. We gave up in the end and went out to eat and drink. The food on the first night was good, but it was much quieter that day.
Felmoor Country Park was nice very quiet and lovely views, the Saloon Bar was a let down the staff we're friendly enough but went for dinner on the Wednesday and they said they only had 1 fryer working so couldn't do half the menu then they only had 1 gammon steak left so was disappointed that I could have pizza. Went up onnthw Friday to get some fish to takeaway only to be informed that they had not fixed the broken fryer but no their other fryer wasn't working so couldn't get any fish. Disappointed that they couldn't get it fixed.
Very good hot tubs and the saloon bar is incredible they have a full game room down stairs for kids and do bingo upstairs for the adults definitely coming back. Nearby activities: There’s a lot of lakes and parks in the area and even a little fishing spot beside the lake where you can also feed the ducks
Really poor experience. No gas on arrival , so we had to change our plans. Laterin the week after a morning in the hot tub , no gas again for most of the afternoon meaning a cold shower before heading for a meal. To add insult they informed us the gas would be going off again on the Friday at 8 am checkout at 10 so a cold shower and no hot breakfast before leaving. Saw the gas engineers on the Friday and they were hooking up new caravans so obviously planned work, they didnt bother to inform us before booking or the owner really shabby treatment. Won't be returning.

We love this park situated just off the A1 in Northumberland. Quiet and peaceful. We rented a privately owned log cabin with hot tub and lakeside view. Well placed to visit all the attractions in the area. The Crazy Horse Saloon is the on site pub: great value for money, good food and entertainment. Nearby activities: Cragside, Alnwick Castle, Warkworth Castle, Druridge Bay Country Park, Holy Island, boat trips from Seahouses Food & drinks: On site pub and nearby pubs serving good food
Perfect location for a wind down for me n the lasses. Great place just far enough away to be classed as a holiday. Great welcome basket on entry . Fab choiceRooms: 5/5
