Almost impossible to get an appointment. Receptionists are rude and arrogant, making you stand at the reception desk until they have finished talking to each other. Waiting times are ridiculous you can be easily waiting an hour after your scheduled appointment to be seen. I would not recommend this surgery at all, there are plenty others in Whitehaven

Very difficult to get an appointment, receptionist very rude and never acknowledges that you are there, making you wait several minutes. I have never had an appointment that has ran on time, normally an hour late or more. The radio in the waiting room has poor reception. Not a pleasant experience and I'm still surprised it's still running.

Can never get appointments and you have no choice in seeing the same GP every time so there is no consistency for long term health conditions.

just called to get some reuslts, obviousley the receptionist was having a bad day, she should NOT be doing this job, rude, arrogant and totally un helpfull, waste of time , come on fell view get your act together , discusting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.only given 1 star as it wouldnt let e post but you dont deserve even that
