Sent 4 injectors in for testing as they had been picked up in diagnostics for over- fueling, feathers confirmed this to be the case and provided 4 brand new injectors matching genuine quality at a fraction of the price of the same unit from the dealer. Once we fitted the injectors, we was having issues with coding which we believed to be the fault of aftermarket tooling, so we took the vehicle to our local main dealer who were also unsuccessful at coding the injectors however, after a trip to their workshop feathers were able to correctly code the injectors and get the vehicle running as it should within the hour. Couldn't recommend this company enough

Staff vary but some are often abrupt and rude. Had my injectors tested and 2 refurbs sent out, all seemed well for arround 900miles then one of the refurbs failed. When inspected it had a loose end on the injector and had been passing fuel. This apparently is not covered under warranty as it was deemed as fitted incorrectly it wasn't Spoke to the technical advisor who couldn't understand how it would pass fuel after 900 miles so the company called back offering a £20 discount. . This was after I broke down with the car immovable from a damaged recon part the company has supplied and then waited a week for a call back. £20 was irrelevant. Terrible experience but sometimes this is how it goes, the part should have been warrantied but all in all I wouldn't have left a bad review if the customer service was up to scratch and the phone manners weren't rude.

MAN TGX 2010.Waste of money.I paid 1200 ono for recondition injectors.They came back with twisted coils angle and we had to stretch wire loom to get unit back on road.After that we have done leak test what showed 100ml what is for injectors with high milage. Returned them to Feathers and guy from workshop told "i have done hundreds of them and coils definitely set wright".They have done another test and said that it is nothing wrong with them and start blame fuel.I send test results to another Bosch garage and they said that injectors are set wrong. Gave up with Feathers and bought new set from Man because I don't want engine to blow up. Picture for proof.

Had them diagnosed a faulty injector on my car quick turnaround professional service reasonable prices.

It's like everyone says. Please please look for Somone else. A problem might get fixed but you will come away with a broke. Truck cowboys work for these guys. I spent over 2 grand and I was grateful for the fix. But these specialists couldn't define a certain brake caliper from another. All the gear no idea.broke my antiroll bar propshaft and brakes. That's after it went in for a dmfw. I took it to my local garage and thanks to them I got help. Stay away.also love how they hit back at genuine customers. When you call them all you get Is an arsy guy. Then when you question him he says oh I didn't work on it. And blames his staff. Stay away find a propper mechanic.

I took my Audi A5  to 2 garages in Manchester who had the car for several days but could not fix it. I then took the car to Audi Manchester for a diagnostics test which Audi were struggling to diagnose. By chance I took my car to a local garage to have new break pads fitted and was recommended to Feather Diesel. I was a little sceptical as nobody seemed to know what the problem was. my car went in for a diagnostics test on the Monday' which found the fault and it was fixed within 2 hours on the Wednesday. I have to also say that the customer service from everybody on the front reception desk was superb and everything was explained to me. to see service like this is very rare these days. I would have no hesitation recommending Feather Diesel to anybody. if you ever have a problem please do not waste your time with garages that try to help but end up causing you more time and money. take it to Feather Diesel. thank you for all your help guys. Outstanding service, I had an injector  problem with my Toyota Rav4. I got in touch with Feather Diesel Services on Tuesday explained my problem, dropped vehicle off same day. Colin in the garage phoned me at each stage of diagnosis explaining faults and cost. I told him to go ahead with the repair. Car was repaired and ready to pick on Friday. 4 injectors and sump strainer cleaned of carbon build up all at a price far cheaper than expected! These guys know their stuff, I highly recommend Feather Diesels Services.

Great service, collected 4 injectors for a Focus, tested them and informed me they had failed and how in detail. Purchased 4 new ones, hand delivered the next day and all at a really fair price. Just fitted to the car and it now runs perfect. Really easy to deal with company. Thanks
