Warm friendly reception, ample parking, free. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were also clean and comfortable. Shower and WC, all clean. The air conditioning worked and was controllable using the digital touch screen in the room. I got a great nights sleep with no distractions a difference to my stay at Dudley PI, where the reception controlled the air con, so you had to ask the staff to adjust? if cold or too hot, each time asking the reception to adjust. Not the staffs fault, poor focus by HO to ensure the customer is at the height of comfort always. Probably due to it being 10 years old and needing some TLC. All quite different here though, the staff and rooms were good, breakfast was served hot, poached eggs by Nikki, cheers and Hannah Manager, all great service. Would definitely stay here again. Top marks.
A modern Premier Inn with clean rooms and the usual amenities. Rooms have air-conditioning which is welcome in the summer. Handy for Canterbury and Dover is 30 minutes away. Restaurant on site to take care of meals, free parking for guests and WiFi available. Staff are friendly and helpful and the meals are spot on. Would happily use again

As ratings, room and location great as premier inns go, think its relatively new. Compared to Premier inn Bobbin it's a 100 times better. Some staff were great however evening restaurant staff seemed to have no idea on priorities and customer service bar from oneRooms: 5/5
You know what to expect, and I wasn't disappointed. The room was prepared on time. It had air conditioning. It was tidy. It was comfortable and clean. It had everything needed for a brief stay - coffee water, tv, towels. It was secure and provided overnight parking. Really good. Will stay again.

I have stayed here a number of times for work and have stayed at a number of Premier Inns - however, this Premier Inn is a class above most Staff are second to none and nothing is too much for them! Customer service is amazing. Every staff member is friendly and welcoming. They accomodate requests - so much so I've managed to have the same room on each occasion. The restaurant is fab too. Meal deal is really good value and service is quick and personal. Rooms are amazingly clean - the best baths and showers I've ever seen in a Premier Inn. WiFi is also amazingly quick. I've logged on to do work every night I've stayed and never had issues with connection or maintaining connection - even quick enough for Google Meet calls. Cannot fault this place and every single staff member deserves a shout out. I've never had one issue with any of them. Will definately stay nowhere else when I'm visiting our Kent office. Five stars all round. Rooms: Impeccable. Cannot fault. Best bath / showers I've ever.come across in a Premier Inn. Food & drinks: Amazing quality and excellent service. Never an issue with a meal. Exceptionally accommodating. Breakfast selection is awesome.
A little pricey but competitive for the area. Restaurant is on the small side. Room service is upon request and tea, coffee and milk is in short supply for the room so pick up some more in reception if you like a cuppa in your room in the evening and then another in the morning etc.Rooms: 4/5
My partner and i have stayed here once before and stayed again over the past weekend and again it was a very relaxing place.. Staff are always on hand to give you top service.. The food is still amazing.... Looking forward to staying again..Rooms: 5/5
