I would say the only muslim prayer hall nearby my home. Not big enough yet like most other mosque in London. Still very good option for local muslim community. I would love to see prayer option for women in future.
A very friendly mosque conveniently located inside the oldest park Grays Town Park in the area. It's a small mosque with one large hall - the building used to be a Health Centre. The mosque volunteers are very friendly and always ready to help - proactively! The surrounding environment is very calm, beautiful and a bliss! Grays Town Park is one of the most beautiful parks sits in the midst of Grays Town - a serene green environment away from the town's hassle and bastle!

Excellent masjid. Has clean Wudu and toilet facilities. Mens prayer area. Quran classes for kids on weekdays. Permanent imams
A place to pray and to contemplate. They have good access and a good place to pray. The Imam always gives good advice and everyones' very friendly and easy going. A good atmosphere experience. Anyone visiting should park appropriately in the designated places and not inconvenience any neighbours.
It is time for the community in Grays to develop a purposeful Masjid to meet the needs of the growing community In Sha Allah

Great little mosque in the town park, it used to be a community centre but was purchased by local Muslim family's in the 90s. Its a shame it hasn't been extended as it can get very busy especially for Friday prayers.
It is time for us Muslims to apply to the Council to obtain a plot of land to build a purposeful mosque. This will enable us to accommodate a larger number of men at prayer times and female members of our families will also be able to pray in the mosque. Dr Abdul Basit
This mosque is truly amazing. It may be smaller than your average mosque on the outside but on the inside it is huge in terms of it's knowledgeable, hard working and extremely friendly staff: Sheikhs Rasheed, Salim and Shuayb. Despite its size this institution exceeds expectations, packed with many Islamic events, the deen never rests with daily Islamic talks spread throughout the day and children’s Islamic classes held during the evening. In a place like Essex where there aren’t as many Muslims, this masjid is a true epitome of what Islam really is.
