Father collins is a good city park with decent amount of activity spaces and routine maintenance. The windmills are not working for the last couple of months june23 otherwise it's a good run. One loop on the perimeter running track is about 1.6km It is pet friendly also , best time to visit for solace is before 8on weekends
This park is a gem, featuring a running track and a kids play area that is sure to delight the little ones. It is well-maintained, and a testament to the effort that goes into ensuring it is always in top shape for visitors. While there were some minor issues with broken bins and a windmill that was not functioning during my visit, these did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the park, which remains a lovely place to spend time
It's an absolute dump. There's 2 playgrounds with ONE tyre swing that's permanently occupied by teenagers, despite the fact it's for toddlers and small children. If you're here for the view, maybe watch someone FISHING, or try to count the variety of rubbish floating in the water or count the parking cones sitting on the bottom. Total and utter kip.
This is a big beautiful park, it has all the basic amenities one would typical need.
Lovely park... not to far off the size of a Stephen's Green.... Interesting place to sit. Visited it on a quiet sunny Sunday morning - perfect place for such a day. Interesting hollows, and windy paths. Not a boring flat park! Contains a kiddies play area too.
Great park. Walk my dogs here most days
Surprisingly pleasant space in Donaghmede. A little more TLC, and it would be ideal.
One of the bigger park in Clongriffin. It has all the required amenities including children play areas, skating park , football pitches. Fr. Collin’s park also hosts parkrun every Saturday at 9:30 am, if you are into running or want to start runs then you surely will like the parkrun. Overall good park but the the maintenance of the park could have been better including the non-running windmills.
This park is just an amazing add-on to even growing suburbs with brand new apartments and houses. It's so spacious, with 2 big playgrounds, many pitches and space for walking, running and cycling/scooting that it's a treasure to all locals. Wild nature and green areas make it a unique and quiet spot for recovery after all day.
A lovely park, clean and lovely play areas for kids. Unfortunately, it was locked late afternoon in winter.
