Made a claim didn't hear anything for 2 months so phoned who I was making the claim against and done all the work myself. Got paid out of the company I was claiming against through my own complaints to then be contacted by fast track reclaim nearly 6 months later demanding payment for the work I done my self but according to them what they had done. STAY WELL CLEAR!
HIGHLY UNETHICAL- DO NOT USE I cannot urge strongly enough not to use this unethical firm under any circumstances. If they aren't successful in obtaining a claim on your behalf they will send you letters from a debt collection firm several years later saying you owe money as T's & C's were broken despite there not being any other request for any money. This happened to me and I will fight them and looking across forums on the web this is common practice by this firm. DO NOT USE. The FCA really needs to clamp down on these unethical firms.
My mum made a Claim made for ppi which took a while to come through from the bank. All fast track could care about was their commission. Harrased with threatening phone calls every few days saying they were sending it to court. They new you would get your money when payment was recieved but kept on hassling a vunerable lady working hard to get out of debt. Absolutely awful and rude company. Stay away.
Made a claim for marriage allowance, and a few months later was sent an email from Fast track confirming that me and my husband aren't entitled to marriage allowance and that they have now closed our case. HMRC then contacted my husband via post to tell him he overpaid in tax and is due a refund. We claimed this refund with HMRC directly as per. Conveniently, Fast track then sent me multiple texts, letters in the post, telling me that we owe them money from the tax refund received from HMRC... I wasn't having any of it and realised straight away it is a scam because why would they be entitled to the hard working money my husband was owed from HMRC and Fast track clearly told me that my case was closed as I had only applied for marriage allowance?!?! These guys should be ashamed trying to scam honest working people during such difficult times. I would give zero stars if I could. STEER CLEAR.
Absolute would not recommend anyone use these i applied for marriage tax to see if eligible and had no corresponding information from them then months later they started hounding us for payment of over a hundred pounds when contacted they only interested in getting money from you and shouting down phone at you and taking the pi++ disgusting company
Do not use, they take most of the money you claimed, rip off merchants, no correspondence from them only to let you know you owe money to them. I didn't even ask this company to claim money , I'm totally disgustided with these people.They should be closed down
Horrific experience dealing with this company. I would strongly advice others to not use them. I cannot explain how awful a member of staff spoke to me this morning! Andrew Murphy was horrific to deal with!
I cannot remember ever asking them for anything… they robbed me of 36% for doing zero… they are connected to HMRC… who assure me they are legitimate … My husband was owed £739.00 for over payment of tax… somehow ..absolutely no idea… this “fast track “ legite bunch of robbers paid me the tax refund we were due BUT minus 36%… for doing zero… it’s a legalised scam… if you see Fast Track Refund … get it deleted … they do 100% of nothing & charge 36%…
Well my partner didn't sign anything with these people and they are now taking 36% of his money leaving him short of what he worked hard for. He asked for help they lied and said he was owed only £100 he said forget it and they some how got a signature and lots more money out of him from a rebate! Place is a joke and no one should use these. They get your check and it takes then 28days to get to you. They are thieves!!!
Every time I have used Fast track I have had a result. YES you can do many of these refunds yourself and YES Fastrack take a fee but for the convenience of having someone look after hour refund and get results is worth the cost. As far as customer service I have only ever spoken to helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone to use.
