I contacted Joanne for a onetime clean. She was so accommodating and arrived an appropriate time so quickly, Mary Ann and Sierra came to the house. They were so prompt and delightful. The cleaning was top notch, every corner done. I was very pleased. These two ladies are such hard workers . Thankyou Daytime Domestics.
Natasha was so lovely and incredibly professional. She did an outstanding job cleaning my house today, especially the kitchen—it sparkled afterward! Natasha's attention to detail exceeded my expectations and she definitely went above and beyond. I'm sticking with Daytime Domestic for sure. Joanne was also great at booking me in, and the whole team is highly professional, making the experience hassle-free - they're the best I've found in London!
Housecleaning is not my favorite activity but I know it's important. So I contacted Joanne for a "one-time" cleaning to help with an event. I was impressed that it was an option. Ciera come over and did an amazing job. She was friendly , confident and organized. She asked what my priorities were and was able to do everything and then some. My hardwood was shinier than I've seen in a long time. The bathrooms were transformed and my stainless steel stove top sparkled. Great job! I will definately be calling for Ciera again.
I recently sprained my wrist and was unable to do much since it was my dominant hand, thought I needed some help and was delighted to have Joy clean my house. Very professional and efficient, Joy cleaned my house top to bottom in 3 hours! Great job!
Recently we had Natasha come to do a one-time clean. She was friendly, a hard worker, and driven to complete all the prioritized cleaning tasks in the time allocated. We will definitely use Daytime again in the future.

The time had come for my parents to get some cleaning help with their home after many, many years of doing it themselves. Rose and Crystal arrived promptly for the scheduled deep clean, and reviewed the priority items with us. My parents felt very comfortable with both of them, and they were very pleased with the work done. Change can be very hard, so this was fantastic from my perspective. Rose will be coming monthly from this point on Joanne was a true pleasure to deal with in getting everything lined up and ready to go. Daytime Domestic had come highly recommended and certainly lived up to that billing in my view.
We needed a special clean and without much notice .... I was able to book Crystal through Joanne at Daytime Domestic Services and she arrived on time the very next day! Crystal did an excellent job. We couldn't have been happier. She was very friendly and professional and extremely thorough! She didn't cut corners, didn't rush through the cleaning but took the time to do "it right" and was very efficient! We were so impressed. Thank you Crystal!
Let me start by saying THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I decided to hire them because of the reviews and did I PAY for it!! I was forced to pay $734 for a job that was poorly and unsatisfactory done….Furthermore, this company is unethical and disrespectful. My poor mother with her little English that she speaks was trying to tell them that she was not happy….however they ignored her and disrespected her as well and made her feel uncomfortable. My 7 year old could have done a better job than the so called “professionals” from DAYTIME DOMESTIC SERVICES LTD!!! I attached some pictures in my review for people to see and make sure they don’t get ripped off like we did!! when I contacted DAYTIME DOMESTIC SERVICES LTD in regards to the matter, they denied everything and continued to pressure and threatened us. We were told pretty much if we did not pay they would report us to the collection agency. Is that how you treat your customers DAYTIME DOMESTIC SERVICES LTD??? Shame on you!! People watch out from this scammers!!
