Absolutely fantastic experience!  Used Farnfields to sell and buy a house and everything went without a hitch.  They were always there to answer any questions I had and what could have been a stressful experience wasn't in any way at all.  Friendly staff, really approachable, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.  They have me as a customer for life.

Brilliant,Brilliant,Brilliant! We used Farnfields (Shaftesbury office) during our house purchase. Their communication was superb and they were able to answer all our questions. Would definitely recommend.

I never review but I felt like I had to so that I could warn others. We needed a solicitor to witness a simple declaration. Our solicitor friend lives in Hereford and said she charges £15 but expect up to £30. They wanted to charge us £100 for literally a 2 minute job. EDIT: I appreciate the response, however, I explained the situation to my friend in Hereford and a very nice lady at Rutters, who were both shocked that i was quoted £100.00 (especially as they actually charged me £10, yes even cheaper than my friend said). Perhaps there was a misunderstanding. In honesty the main reason i reviewed was due to the reaction i got on the phone of 'Well go use your friend in Hereford then!' very sarcastically. I bumped to 2 star as 1 is harsh. Manners don't cost a thing.

Used Farnfields for the purchase of my first home and couldn't fault the service. Great communication and we're always available when I had questions. Highly recommended.

Can't fault the advice I was given. You get what you pay for and I would certainly recommend this firm. Always at the end of a phone and nothing seemed too much trouble.
