Refreshing to have a Solicitor that is so on the ball. Our house purchase & new wills were  handled fast & efficiently. Normally its hard to communicate while at working but Farnfields went the extra mile to accommodate those with little time. Definately use if required in the future. Just to name drop, Samantha Cook is awesome. 😃

We had the pleasure of Samantha Cook working on our house sale and purchase last year. Starting the process in April 17, we received extremely efficient service, methodical, intricate detail and nothing was too much trouble. Through the process our house sale went smoothly. Our house purchase was a little complicated, Farnfields went beyond the call of duty, having many other team members assist with the task in hand to gain the  end result and provide us with the details required. Their findings were so detailed, it uncovered data that the sellers were unaware of from when they purchased the property. Such valuable information from Samantha assisted in our decision to find an investment less risky, with no delay or lapse in professionalism, we finally moved into our new home in Dec 17. This was a long drawn out process and at no point did Farnfields disappoint. Great teamwork, great communication at all times and I would recommend Farnfields Gillingham to all. Thank you for helping me find my 'forever' home.

I have recently used Samantha Cook from Farnfields Solicitors who gave us an amazing service with buying our new house . Always very responsive easy to deal with and explains everything every step of the way ! I will be using them again! Could not have asked for a better experience .
