Ordered food today on just eat at 6:50 today dint receive my food until 8:10. I called the restaurant and they said the food was on its way. Waited for two hours and contacted the restaurant again and they said I had cancelled my order when in reality I hadn’t. In the end after waiting for 2 and a half hours I dint receive the two pizzas that I ordered. Disgusting service and the restaurant was super rude and unprofessional on call. Would rate it 0 star if I could.
This place can be hit and miss previously I've had the completely wrong pizza ,but this time we had frozen curly fries and cold mozzarella sticks ,the temperature has not been an issue before but tonight apparently the excuse is the distance they have to deliver the food !! Surely a business should not offer delivery so far out if it is not possible to deliver food hot !! Will not be ordering from here in the future
I order an 18inch pizza they gave me a 15inch pizza he said look at the size of the box it’s 18inch. I messed the pizza with tape measure Iv eaten enough pizza to know what 18 looks like and my friend order a 15inch and was the same size as his would not eat hear you be ripped off
Always delicious. Not greasy, full of toppings and hot - we’ve had lots of different flavours but particularly like the ‘free choice’. Won’t get takeout pizza from anywhere else now - have ordered many times.Food: 5/5
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL service. Wondered where our food was after a 1.5 hour wait at home. Called the shop and they said no order had been put thorough…the so called “owner/manager” said it’s nothing to do with them and that it’s the website. They wouldn’t accept a email confirmation, payment proof of bank transfer or the online confirmation code. Said it was our issue to contact their website not theirs even though it’s their own website… they say there’s no way of cooking our food or getting money back. I’ve never left a review, I work in hospitality myself but this was genuinely dreadful. Don’t go, don’t waste your money for stupid people.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Went there today and the owner or the man at the counter was extremely rude and unbothered. Kept on receiving calls on the telephone and speaking to customers at same time. Food was disappointing and cold by the time received. Have been to other branches of farmhouse which have been much better. But this branch was simply pathetic
First time I bought pizza from this shop. Pizza was disgusting, stomach turning Pepperoni tested sickening and looked old/burnt. Pizza flooded with fat/oil I ' ve finished only 3 slices of 2 xlarge pizzas Waste of money!!! Dominos and Papajohns are way better pizza shops then this
Avoid using this place they took over an hour to come and the whole order was wrong when I phoned the restaurant the owner got aggressive and tried to blame me for there mistake the food looked like something you would get in prison if I could give 0 stars I would absolutely atrocious place.Food: 1/5
Worst customer service ever. Waited an hour and ten minutes for a pizza to be delivered which was meant to take 45 minutes, then when I call to find out where it is I'm told its cancelled! Nobody told us and then the phone was put down on me. I'm so angry it is unbelievable. Hungry children and now back to square one. Disgusting treatment
Wrong flavours of 2 items ordered - third time I've had this happen. And I ordered cookies which were not delivered. When I called to ask why, I found out they don't even sell them anymore and I had to prompt them for a refund for the cookies I didn't get as they had no intention of doing so as standard. Farmhouse, please update the website if you no longer supply certain items/flavours. Also maybe offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount. Our order total was over £50. The food is already more over-priced than some very popular pizza companies. We had a MAJOR issue with this company in the past in which we caught one of their drivers on CCTV dropping our food on the driveway then scooping it back up without telling us. We were eventually offered a sincere apology, a refund and one free order. We were satisfied with this and gave them another chance which I'm now regretting. The pizza is nice and it's cool that they deliver to areas where other companies won't but I won't order again until I see improvement in all of the areas mentioned above.
