Our last orders from farmhouse grill has been awful but wanted to see if it was a one off but no this wasn't the case! The first order was cold,very small kebabs considering I ordered medium and £30 spent! The second order was the same,cold food and mouthfull of meat in the kebabs and this time food was missing! It was a 90 min delivery so what's the point calling them saying this I be waiting another 90 mins for the food missing
Cross contamination of food. If you are vegan - don’t bother. They claimed they are halaal but they make use of bacon. They cook their fries and sausages in the same oil. I was absolutely horrified when I walked in on them taking sausages out of the same oil as the chips. We specifically asked if they mixed and they said they don’t but they do. Will never set foot there ever again!!! Vegetarian options: Not veggie or vegan friendly at all. Just know everything had pork contamination… Dietary restrictions: Unless you have no restriction regarding cross contamination of pork, don’t bother. If you have religious limitations, find somewhere else to go, I’m absolutely livid
Ordered a meal & the chicken inside the chicken burger was not cooked properly. 30mins later i started having a super bad stomach.. first time it’s happened. Cook ya chicken properly instead of making people ill:
Amazing service, good hot food on delivery . The cheesy coleslaw chips were brilliant. Good qualtiy meat. Bonus that they give you the choice between cash and card. Website is super easy to use. Defo use farmhouse grill again!!!!
Before farmhouse Grill was refurbished we would order our kebabs from here and they were always amazing portions and great value for money, always delivered on time and hot. 5 star service all the way. We then ordered after they became Supreme Kebab and what a disappointment! They no longer serve kebabs as a rice dish, if you would like extra donner meat its a whopping extra £5 rather than £3 previously and they served our salad in a separate plastic container, and I'm sure the chicken shish had less chicken peices. We absolutely loved farmhouse Grill it was the best! Not sure if we will order again from Supreme Kebab unless they up their game and make it like it was before!!
Farmhouse grill used to be amazing allways our go to for our weekly takeaway a treat .But today the food was very small portions meat was dry and cold and items were missing so disappointing as this was a family meal we had enjoyed so much will not be ordering again
This used to be such a great kebab shop with plenty of choices and great portion sizes for a reasonable price but since it has been taken over the portion sizes have been reduced significantly but the prices have shot up, an extra £3 for doner meat and chips but much smaller portions, it seems that the new owners are trying to grab as much cash as possible to pay for the refurb they have had, I used this shop at least once a week but will not return until they sort out portion sizes but at least they have a new tv for the staff to watch while there are no customers in shop, even the staff have apologised for the portion sizes and for taking 50% of the menu away, greedy owner trying to make a fast buck, German doner kebab for me from now on
Ordered tonight and I must say it will be my last. £20 lighter and barely much food to show for it. I’m not expecting mad amounts of food but some value for money would have been good. Ordered the farmhouse special which had about two small-regular kebabs worth in it. If I had just ordered the normal kebabs it would have cost me around £13-£14 and probably would have had more food. Will be going to the place in town and the kebab van in future. They seem to have employed double the staff and cut the means to match. Deals shame this place used to be the best.
Use to get from here 2 or 3 times a month. New owners removed half the menu and ramped up the price. Shame as they where fab.Food: 1/5
My son ordered from here last night, he said never again! Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. No updates on order then given the excuse of they are short on drivers. Well then maybe only accept collection only until the problem is sorted.
