My parcel was signed by someone I don't know. A Investigation started and end result is that no refund will be issued as they claim it was delivered to the address on tracking. I've asked for evidence for this. It clearly states it was signed by someone I don't know. I won't let this go. I want my money back.

Simply the best place to shop for fashion online!
I purchased a bikini at Farfetch and they wouldn't let me return it even though I was not told anywhere upon purchasing it, that it is not exchangeable. The bikini was horribly cut and not worth the 350Euro I spent on it. To top it off, the customer support I contacted to help me with the issue was super unhelpful!
Charging 10 EUR shipping on a 250 EUR item, not refunding shipping costs, despite repeated orders. Very greedy, very greedy. Won't ever use again
Farfetch you saved me! Shoes from runway collection sold out in my size from day one everywhere suddenly appeared online, no idea how stock works but with a few clicks and 3 days wait..... they’re now on my feet! Customer service via email fantastic, Harvey Nichols take note!
