The lady with dark hair and glasses who speaks both Italian and English is unprofessional and has an offensive attitude. I will never go back. I think this unfriendly attitude is also reflected on the answers to the bad reviews below: they are always right and you are wrong. Since you can find the same brands in other shops I will go shopping somewhere else where I am treated kindly as it should be. And obviously they are right, see response below! If you have reviewed the CCTV you should have seen that I showed the screen of the phone to the manager and as already explained then I was using the magnifier. I forgot my glasses at home and I wanted to try the right size! And by the way there was no one in the fitting rooms. Not sure why security matters anyway your way of dealing with customers is unfriendly and from my point of view unprofessional. If you do not want to address this that is fine, it is your decision. I will never come back and you just lost one client.
I have been shopping at this lovely independent boutique for quite a few years and it has been pleasure to see it upsize and do so well. The shop is owned and run by a lovely Italian so expect a touch of European elegance and excellent service . You will be given the attention you require + Whether it is every day wear or party wear there is always a very feminine touch to the pieces of offer. I am French and this is the type of fashion - and service I can relate to. I love the brands stocked there: Mes Demoiselles, Bellerose , Vanessa Bruno, Sacré Cœur, Max Mara, Des petits Hauts, and many other European brands that celebrate women of any age ! I love Colibri xxx
Was browsing in here on Saturday. Lovely shop and staff were helpful but not over attentive so you felt intimidated. I wanted to try some of the beautiful shoes but it was a bit too busy for me to get my tootsies out. Loved the flat gold sandals with the grille front but couldn't find them online. Oh no, guess I'll have to come back! Lol.
This charming boutique offers a wonderful array of clothing and accessories. The team is very friendly, and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem if you're in search of unique designs and high-quality brands .
I’m sad to write this review but the treatment I experienced over the return of some shoes has demonstrated this store has a total lack of awareness of the importance of good customer service. I bought a pair of shoes that had a material rather than leather outer but at home discovered that the left shoe had a slight variance in the length of the material over the front of the foot, which could be seen when you lined the two up against each other and unfortunately made it tighter / uncomfortable across the top of my foot. I could have asked for a refund in this case but instead offered to take a credit note as I used to shop there frequently. However, the first lady I spoke to was overly flustered and anxious, expressing she was worried that if she accepted the return she would have it taken out of her wages which sounds like a very toxic work culture so I was asked to come back another time when a manager should be there. When I did so, the manager flat out refused to agree she could see the issue, instead trying to show they were the same by very publicly measuring them against a plastic protractor. Pretending to not see an issue that is clearly evident is an extremely poor way to treat a customer - I’m 39 years old and came in with a genuine issue so I was hardly trying to pull a fast one. Sadly, customer service is everything and as a result of the unprofessionalism of this whole experience, I and my friends who are all local to the shop will definitely not be buying from here again.
Colibri boutique has the most incredible selection of clothes and unique jewellery. The ladies of Colibri know exactly what I like and what fits my style. Every time I walk in it feels like I have my own personal stylist. More than 80% of my many clothes originate from here. I 100% recommend them for shopping in style and the quality of their selection.
This boutique is most importantly its amazing, open and welcoming team. They are focused not only on sales but also the people that walk into the store. Keen to start an interesting conversation and explore the potential to create something together. As an independent boutique they handpick an amazing selection of clothes and accessories, from well-known brands like Max Mara, to small manufacturers focused on handmade craftsmanship and supreme quality. All staff members have a great eye for detail and are happy to help with styling if needed. In times when online, anonymous sales are taking over retail it's so refreshing to experience such a personal approach.
I have been shopping at Colibri for years. I always find a special piece for my wardrobe there. Some of my favorite clothing has been purchased at Colibri. Christina has a great eye , she knows my style and always steers me in the right direction. I love when she pulls items from the racks that I never would have chosen for myself. Ana is incredible helpful as well. I have never had a negative experience shopping there. I go in for special pieces and I wear them for years.
So happy this place has moved! Now they have a big window and people can see how brilliant it is. I stumbled across Colibri a year ago and immediately loved how independent it is - you can see the care that’s gone into the sourcing - and the intuitive way it’s laid out. Their eye for colour is a delight and there’s real character in the clothing, it’s not just another Islington boutique. When my budget levels up this is the first place I’ll be visiting.
Simple the best boutique. The collections are carefully considered, offering beautiful pieces. If you are looking for a twist on a classic or want help putting an outfit together, look no further. The owner, Christina, understands what cuts and shades will work for you and isn't afraid to tell you if something doesn't work. It doesn't matter when I pop in, I can always find something amazing. 85% of my wardrobe has originated from here!
