Had 2 sets made costing £700 2nd set made with wrong lining and seams coming apart already . Fabric is terrible quality and falling apart . . They want £90 to correct their mistakes. Not happy and such a shame as would have been a great customer. Shame I can’t add photographs

The staff were extremely helpful and patient with me as I shopped for materials I can use as photography back drops, I was also looking for materials to drape models with too. The service was first class and I'd recommend starting here as the gents were, indeed, gentleman. I'll definitely be returning as a customer.

Ordered made to measure curtains for my home. They came to my home and measured all my windows. The curtains were prepared within 2 weeks as agreed and were fitted. Great service and communication. The materials are good quality. I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends.
The customer service is very good & professional. The given advice is reliable & they do not focus on how much they can get out of the customer financially; but rather how to best fit their products & services around the customer's budget. I ordered bedroom curtains with black out lining.
Unfortunately the fabric I bought from here was anything but fancy. I purchased 2 metres of pale green canvas cotton around 2 months ago, when it was cut from the roll it was crumpled up very badly but I assumed that I could iron it out once I got home, not a big deal really. However, once unrolled I started to notice pink spots, smears and blotches all over the fabric, almost as if bleach or something similar had gotten onto it and tainted the colour... so annoying! Basically it was very inconvenient for the project I was working on - I've had to cut out so many pieces twice after spotting pink patches on the pattern afterwards! If the seller knew about the discolouration when cutting it from the roll then he should've said something.
Went in here and it was a treasure trove of beautiful fabrics I was in awe the people who run the shop were lovely and answered any questions of queries I had! The fabric is so beautiful i cant wait to.use it x
