These guys have been brilliant from the second we called them to fitting the blinds! Jordan’s customer service was absolutely brilliant and the main reason that we ended up using Blinds Direct! I wouldn’t be able to thank him enough for the help, support and time that he gave us! We were quite demanding and I would happily admit we are hard to please people but Jordan found solutions where other companies couldn’t! We also had a small delay in our house completing however again blinds direct worked well with ourselves and even with a short cancellation notice they still worked with us to ensure our blinds were fitted to suit us! I Brilliant company, great quality, unreal customer service and brilliant value for money!
Jordan was fantastic from start to finish. Professional, friendly & efficient. There was an issue with the wall that he would of been drilling the venetians into, Jordan suggested the wood to get and he would reinforce it so the blinds would be able to fit which he did & very neatly, too! He was even available via phone to help whenever I needed as I was naturally going to have queries about what wood to purchase. 10/10 service/ 10/10 blinds - I will be using Blinds Direct for all my blinds in the future but I'll be requesting Jordan! Ordered 1 large blind and 2 smaller blinds with a long length. I paid to have them fitted in my lounge window, to find the very large blind was at least 2 inches shorter than the the 2 side blinds. Having sent 2 emails to the company with pictures with the obvious mistake made, they now want me to pay to have the fitter back in to take another picture with the blind off the wall. The customer service has been appalling. Having paid good money for blinds to be made I am appalled by the responce received. I would not recommend this Company due to the incorrect size been sent and the non existent customer responce to a complaint. ,
Fantastic workmanship, amazing blinds. Jordan and friend were so great, they ensured that the work was completed at a high standard and left no mess. The blinds are of such good quality and great value for money. I will for sure be getting the rest of my house done. 10/10
Very pleased with every aspect of this local company. From the helpful receptionist who made an appointment convenient for us to Daz the great guy who quoted us and then fitted the blinds on our little seating area of our bar Nothing too much trouble and a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend the company to anyone wanting a professional job doing . Thanks again Daz!
Daz came out last week to measure up and had the patience of a saint! Me being my indecisive self, Daz gave me some recommendations and although I was slightly unsure still, Nav came to fit them today and they are absolutely beautiful. Very reasonable price and a fast turn around time! Both guys are spot on and did a fantastic job. I genuinely would recommend to anyone and won’t go anywhere else in future. Thanks both, they look gorgeous!!

The service I received was excellent. The staff at the shop were very helpful and organised for Daz to visit and discuss my requirements. Daz was very friendly and efficient and advised the best option for my needs. He returned a week later and took about half and hour to fit. I am very pleased with how the blinds look. And the cost was very good.
Darren was friendly and very professional when he came round to measure up and the fitter did a good job also. Good quality blinds at a fair price. Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant service from these guys. No pressure selling and lovely products. They did exactly what they said they were going to, turned up on time and did a great job.
