Hired a car from Falcon yesterday, Great service, car was clean and nearly new. Effortless booking with Dan over email. would recommend and use again, Thanks Guys.

An eventual call back from Dan, regarding the possibility of a hire car for a day was abrupt, brusque, off hand and clearly not requiring my custom. When I tried to clarify if there would definitely be a vehicle available on Friday ( after I had e mailed him all the documents he required, which the evidence of address should be no older than 4 weeks!) or whether I should try elsewhere... he told me I should just go somewhere else. That’s a bit rude! He’s not doing me a favour, rather I would be doing them a favour by giving them my custom... which is likely to be regular. I put the phone down on him as I don’t really want to be paying for rudeness and off hand, disinterested service. I would suggest using any other company. This is actually the second time this has happened, but I like to give people another chance. Interesting to see that Dan’s name features in other negative reviews.

I understand the reason for £300 deposit. I returned the van after hours but deposit was never returned to me until I specifically requested it.

BUYERS BEWARE, Dan the sales man sold us a Ford Fiesta van which we paid in full, upon getting this back we found many faults; Covered up dents and chips, heater fans not working, 12v adapter not working, Vehicle only had 1 key and restricted to 70mph. We were told this vehicle was in excellent condition, but was far from it. Requested a full refund 4 days later was refused, would not fix all the faults and repairs so had no option but to take court action. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
