Cake was not ready for collection at 1pm and was then delivered to the venue at 2.30pm for a party that finished at 3pm! To add to this disappointment, the cake did not look like the picture I had sent! The icing was white instead of grey on the bottom tier, the blue on the top tier was different, it had glitter all over it, the icing was cracking everywhere and the superman sign was just sum pieces of long yellow icing on red background. The spider man web design on the board was just some weird triangle shapes and the number 5 was not on their either. Never once received an apology nor an explanation for the cake being wrong or being late an hour and a half! But still paid 120 for this silly cake. The figures were not stuck on the cake as requested and I had to then just press it into the cake which luckily made the cake look so much better. Didn't previously read the bad reviews below, if so, would have avoided this place completely.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The Cake was exactly like the picture I sent and tasted wonderful. I’ve had experiences in the past where although the Cake looks nice it tastes really dry but this one the sponge was perfect. Service is great and the cake was given on time and completely perfect. Will absolutely be ordering again from here.

Dear Dil, Where do I start. Words cannot describe how you and your cakes made us feel over this weekend. Your level of service and commitment from the minute I entered your shop to you delivering of the cakes to my house, was out of this world. You knew exactly what kind of cakes I wanted, and you delivered – on time, on presentation and on flavour. The results of all 3 cakes were truly amazing. Not only did my children love the look and taste of the cakes, but all my friends and family were extremely pleased with them. Best of all, you used fresh cream – which was perfect and It hit the spot. I have been hunting high and low for someone locally to bake beautiful cakes with fresh cream – and now I have found you. You are my cake lady for life. Thank you again and we will be ordering from you soon. All the best Bal Hunjan XX

I got a 16 cake made in chocolate and sponge for my sons birthday at short notice Fantastic service. Lovely shop. Delicious cake would highly recommend. Amazing experience.

The cake looked amazing but have to say that it was very sweet but the reason I am giving it 2 stars is because they used a cheap version of flakes , ferrero rocher chocs, which in my view is out of order and creates a clear lack of trust. It's not like the cakes are cheap.
