We used Fairfield for 10 years, for our two dogs. Originally a fan, recent development of the kennels has led to chaotic scenes when picking up,or dropping off, as narrow entry and small carpark led to chaotic transfers. The scaling up and apparent changes in staff, meant the former warm welcome had disappeared. Final straw after a recent stay was three days of sickness on return home., requiring visit to the vets. Sad, but will not be returning.
Has taken our dog since being a puppy, now as an adult dog they are lovely with him. Show him the extra attention he needs as he doesn’t like being left and even puts him in the puppy room so there is someone around him most of the time.nHe enjoys and gets excited seeing all the staff which is a great indication of how they are treated there.n100% recommend this placennThank you
Used the cattery for the first time, was a little out of our way but will definitely be using again!nThe staff were lovely and polite on our arrival. The cattery is lovely and our cat appeared to have had a great time and was well looked after which is always a relief
We regularly use Fairfield for our cat when we go away for mini breaks and holidays. The drop off/pick up is always smooth and she always comes back happy. The staff are friendly and helpful and we've never had any issues there in the 10+ times we've used them now. Would definitely recommend.
