We sold our property through Fairfield Estates and I thoroughly recommend them. We had such a difficult purchase which was held up by probate. Julian was so calm, so patient, and so professional. He stopped us all from going insane! He ensured all parties were well informed and up to date. He provided reassurance and kept everything running smoothly. A huge thank you to Rob too, who was brilliant right from the initial valuation, and through to the end. The brochure they produced to sell our house was fantastic and ensured regular viewings. Can't praise them enough.

I can honestly say from start to finish Fairfield's have been a pleasure to deal with. In particularly Julian - what a lovely, honest friendly guy. Had a great experience with Fairfield Estates as to buy house and highly recommending them as the best estate agents . Excellent service and very professional, having responses for all our questions during the process. Especially Megan was always on top of everything dealing with ourselves , the vendor and both solicitors.
