I can’t speak highly enough of Scott and Jacob at Benjamin Stevens. From the offset they provided an excellent service in assuring that all parties understood their position in the chain, he had been liaising with all parties solicitors, vendors and buyers in addition to chasing any outstanding documentation that may have been required. Jacob demonstrated diligence, persistence and professionalism throughout the entire process. I can’t speak highly enough of the service that had been provided and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future.
Scott and the team in the Bushey office did both my sale and purchase and I can't rate them highly enough. Scott knows his market and really gets to know his clients so that can match the right homes and make the process as efficient as possible. This resulted in a quick sale and an even quicker purchase! Would high recommend. Brilliant service!!
Scott, Jackie and the rest of the team were great throughout the house buying process. Scott handled the negotiations very professionally and brokered the deal so that the buyer us and the seller could make the deal happen that both were happy with. Always available when you needed them and on top of things with the right follow ups. I would work with them when I need to sell or buy a property.
We met Scott when he came to value our house. His knowledge of the market, and his very personable manner made Benjamin Stevens and easy choice. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always available to speak to. We sold our house in one day and the whole process went through quickly and smoothly. Thanks also to Jackie who showed our house and kept us up to date all the way through. Joe has a great team at the Bushey branch of Benjamin Stevens we would highly recommend them.

We are not normally ones to write reviews but we felt we wanted to for Benjamin Stevens and Scott at the Bushey office as they provided a service which we thought didn't exist any more. We were purchasing a house through Benjamin Stevens but not selling through them. The sale of our house was going sideways as they say due to the fact we were selling to a private buyer who appeared to have little experience in buying houses. Scott stepped in and offered assistance and guidance to our buyer which turned everything around for us. Scott communicated daily and offered constant updates and we genuinely believe the only reason our relocation happened was because of Scott's tenacity and professionalism. Scott and all the team are well worth this review and we can't thank them enough for all they did.
All the staff at Benjamin Stevens are absolutely superb very efficient and extremely kind. They do their very best to make the moving process as easy as possible. Their dedication and professionalism is far superior to anything you could expect from any other agents in the area and I cannot thank them enough. A special mention to Jackie and Scott for keeping me sane over the last few months
