Contacted Faddies about their service for collecting and cleaning wedding dress. Was asked for photos of dress to enable a quote, after doing so was told it would be collected Tuesday afternoon and returned on the Friday. Tuesday came and went without a collection or any communication. I contacted them again to reorganise and have been ignored. Arrogant and unprofessional - don’t bother. I should’ve known better as my friend worked for them when we were teenagers and told of what an awful organisation it was.
Ruined my wife's £500 dress and then told me that was the risk I took having something dry cleaned. Gone completely downhill since Jackie has left! New manager / owner VERY rude. Been a customer for nearly 30 years but now NEVER going again!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thousands of pounds worth of clothes went missing and Jacky was adamant that i had collected the items....over the course of a week they all started to appear after i confronted her. I'v never been spoken to in such a rude manner. They had items of clothing which dated back over 1 year! No apology whatsoever and the owner Jacky slammed the door in my face. Absolutely disgusting.
Fast and quality service for a very good price. Couldn't ask for a better local dry cleaners. Very help full and very professional. Would definitely recommend
