The staff was honest, helpful and very friendly. I didn't need dry cleaning. I only needed to have some laundry done. They told me usually it can take more than a day, I just happened to catch them at a good time. I was able to drop it off and then pick it up the same day. Excellent service!

Ruined a £2,000 Paul Smith tux right before our wedding! Blamed it on the fabric and told me to get in touch with Paul Smith directly! I was advised that the owner of the dry cleaners will write a personal email explaining how it wasn’t their fault - I’m still waiting for that email. I was visibly upset when I discovered my husband’s tux state upon inspection, but no apology was provided nor a humane response or rectification! Absolutely awful customer service and zero care for clothing, completely unprofessional

Took my wedding dress here, it was in a real state but they did an amazing job! They put it through 4 times and I can’t believe how much they managed to get out. One of the straps had broken and they had also fixed that. Ready quicker than advised too. Will definitely use again.ServicesService not listed
Fantastic dry cleaning service, great outcome: I spoke to Altrincham Dry Cleaners and Laundry yesterday about a dinner jacket suit that I needed cleaning in a hurry for an event tomorrow it hadn't been worn since before lockdown and I'd found a little patch of mildew or mould on it when I got it out the wardrobe. Dropped it to them yesterday and got a text today at lunchtime to say it was ready, which was fantastic. Absolutely no sign of the mildew, and they got out some other marks too. I'm delighted and would recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish, curtains collected from my home, dry cleaned and returned back to me, also rehung. The lovely Cheryl obliged and the price was very reasonable. Will certainly recommend this Company to my family and friends.
I would normally rate this place a 5. But my experience with customer service this time was not great. I brought my dry and special clean clothes here again as the lady who served me last time was so helpful and friendly - she helped me understand the washing labels and recommended options for a cheaper clean for certain wash labels. Despite the busy Christmas season, she took time to explain these things to me. The lady who served me this time said, "We don't have time to do this ie, help you sort/recommend the right type of cleaning. People just tell us when they bring their clothes in." I felt put on the spot as she asked if I just wanted a service clean. I wasn't sure what she meant. She didn't take time to explain. In the end, I felt pressured to quickly read all the wash symbols on the clothes as she stood there waiting for me to say dry clean or otherwise. The lady I had last time actually helped me. For a professional cleaning service a customer is paying a lot for as my clothes needed special and not normal clean, I was really disappointed. I'm not sure I'll be coming back again even if the washing is done superbly. My colleague had a similar experience a few weeks ago when I recommended them to him. I didn't believe his words until I came back this time and got similarly poor customer service.
